Description

You will manage quality assurance for SaaS solutions, including state-based exchange platforms, learning management systems, and email marketing tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead user acceptance testing by creating and maintaining relevant test cases and scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and coordinate with development teams to resolve software defects.
• Analyze test results and report on overall software quality status.
• Collaborate with contractor vendors to ensure SaaS solution quality and advocate for QA process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and System Testing.
• Experience with Acceptance Testing and managing Test Cases.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Test Automation.
• Competency in Bug Tracking and defect documentation.
• Ability to work with SaaS-based platforms and web environments.
