Description

You will manage and support Microsoft Modern Management platforms and Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure, including deployments, collections, and applications.
• Deploy monthly Microsoft security updates using Configuration Manager.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Execute advanced SQL queries against the Configuration Manager database for reporting and support.
• Provide third-level technical support for desktop support technicians.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT environments.
• 5-8 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• 5 years of experience with Windows OS Platform management and support.
• Proficiency with SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows AutoPilot, Co-management, and MEM.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, including registry, file/folder security, and OS troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL query writing and database support skills.
• Experience with server and client maintenance, SUP, and application deployments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and general scripting.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager OSD (Operating System Deployment).
