Description

You will manage and maintain the SCCM/MECM hierarchy, handling component troubleshooting, application deployment, and patch management for enterprise endpoints and servers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer SCCM/MECM hierarchy, managing Management Points, Distribution Points, Reporting Services, and Cloud Management Gateways.
• Troubleshoot application and package deployment issues, ensuring client health for endpoints and servers.
• Execute monthly patching for servers and endpoints, troubleshooting Software Update Points and WSUS conflicts.
• Manage Intune and Co-Management tasks, including device enrollment, MDM/MAM policies, and app protection.
• Generate custom reports via SSRS and maintain dashboards for patching and client health metrics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with SCCM/MECM administration and hierarchy management.
• Strong technical ability with WSUS, patching concepts, and enterprise desktop hardware/software.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Co-Management, and MDM/MAM policy configuration.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools such as Service Now and BMC Remedy for incident and change management.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, mobile device OS, and antivirus solutions.
• Experience with Operating System Deployment, including task sequences and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multi-tiered SLAs and work effectively under conflicting priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to solve complex technical problems.
