Description

You will manage the SCCM solution, focusing on patch management and software asset management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary, secondary, and distribution SCCM servers.
• Handle patch approvals, downloads, testing, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues, including 24x7 monitoring of SCCM/Intune.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of the SCCM infrastructure.
• Prepare Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for major incidents and generate issue reports to drive permanent fixes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SCCM administration.
• Expertise in SCCM for Patch Management and Software Asset Management.
• Experience managing SCCM/Intune environments.
• Ability to maintain patching compliance across endpoints and servers.
• Proficiency in technical support, consultation, and creating SOPs/KBase articles.
• Experience resolving support tickets within defined SLAs.
• Bachelor's degree required.
