Description

You will manage and engineer Microsoft device management solutions within a large-scale corporate enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and support large-scale global and regional OS patch operations.
• Develop end-to-end provisioning processes including imaging, software deployment, and patching.
• Engineer secure cloud architectures for internal and external cloud solutions.
• Manage SCCM components, roles, interactions, and system dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering.
• Deep understanding of SCCM architecture, configuration files, and component interactions.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft device management including EMS/Intune and Azure.
• Proficiency with SCCM database design and SSRS reporting using SQL.
• Knowledge of standard ITIL processes, lifecycle management, and ITSM.
• Foundational understanding of network concepts including DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
• Experience managing both desktop and server device management.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in customer-facing roles and client delivery.
