Description

Lead technical solutioning and implementation for application migrations across M365 tenants and SCCM platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Propose technical solutions for app migrations, covering discovery, requirement gathering, and design documentation.
• Manage application lifecycle and packaging using Flexera Adminstudio, InstallShield, IS Recapture, and ORCA.
• Maintain and manage Intune and SCCM production environments, including deployment and design.
• Remediate package defects and document package configurations.
• Support large-scale OS and endpoint migrations, specifically Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in desktop management and enterprise application lifecycle management.
• Expert knowledge of MSI technology and transforms.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, and M365.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, BAT, VB, and C# scripting.
• Experience with Operating System Deployment (OSD) and tools like MDT.
• Strong understanding of SCCM/WSUS patching technology.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Ability to perform data analysis, reporting, and 3rd line troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes.
