Description

You will own the Windows 10 build architecture, deployment strategies, and image configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement configuration changes to images based on approved requirement documents.
• Conduct product evaluations as requested by the account solution lead.
• Certify hardware and software in alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
• Develop technical documentation including build guides, testing procedures, and checklists for new releases and patches.
• Resolve complex issues related to software versioning, interoperability, hardware, or network connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows desktop operating systems and configuration.
• Expert-level Windows 10 build architecture and deployment experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) for application management and OS deployment.
• Proficiency in Autopilot deployment using Azure and Intune.
• Experience with Image Creation and Deployment tools including MDT, WinPE, SCCM OSD, and PXE.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) controls and security settings.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including PowerShell, VBS, Perl, and Batch scripting.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware ESX/Workstation, Hyper-V, or VirtualBox.
• Understanding of bare-metal and in-place Windows 10 deployment and upgrade strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) server setup and configuration.
