Description

You will manage end-to-end Windows OS deployment and endpoint management within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SCCM task sequences for Operating System Deployment (OSD).
• Create and manage driver packages for multi-vendor hardware, including HP and Dell desktops and laptops.
• Develop and update Windows OS images using MECM, MDT, Sysprep, and WIM.
• Execute Windows 10 and 11 in-place upgrades and implement OS image optimization best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex OS imaging, hardware, and driver issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SCCM/MECM environments.
• Deep knowledge of OSD principles: Sysprep, WIM, USMT, and unattended automation.
• Hands-on experience with MDT integration and WinPE/PXE booting.
• Expertise in managing both online and offline Windows image deployments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10 and 11 lifecycle management.
• Experience managing Panther and User State Migration Tool (USMT).
• Ability to build and debug custom Task Sequences.

Preferred Skills

• Maintain Windows OS desktop security hardening and technical documentation.
