Description

Lead the migration from SCCM to VMware Workspace ONE while managing enterprise endpoint engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute software migrations from Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) to VMware Workspace ONE.
• Manage software lifecycle, workstation automation, and aircraft application profiles.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), OSD testing, and peer QA.
• Document technical solutions and maintain solution matrices.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Digital Risk teams for device loss and theft mitigation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Endpoint Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience integrating complex solutions into enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience with VMware Workspace ONE (Intelligence, Access, and Enterprise Application Repository).
• Proficiency in SCCM (Current Branch), MSI, MST, and custom actions.
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Technical knowledge of Windows 10, registries, and browsers.
• Experience with virtualization tools including VMware ESX, VMware Workstation, and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and PowerBI for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OS migrations and IT automation.
• Knowledge of device imaging, OSD, and troubleshooting.
• Background in the aviation or airline industry, specifically within Technical Operations.
