Responsibilities

• Lead the SCCM technical team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Manage direct communication and engagement with customers.
• Maintain and manage the overall SCCM architecture.
• Manage and configure SCCM configuration files.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SCCM environments.
• Proven experience leading an SCCM technical team.
• Deep understanding of SCCM architecture.
• Hands-on experience managing SCCM configuration files.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
