Description

Engineer and deploy aircraft support products to maintain fleet maintenance and operation tools. Lead the software migration from Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) to VMware Workspace ONE.

Responsibilities

• Lead software migration from Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) to VMware Workspace ONE.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), OSD testing, and peer QA.
• Manage software lifecycles, workstation automation, and application profiles.
• Develop scripts and automations to support device management.
• Document technical solutions and collaborate with Cybersecurity on device loss and theft mitigation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Endpoint Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience integrating complex solutions into standard enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Intelligence, Access, and Enterprise Application Repository.
• Proficiency with SCCM (Current), MSI, MST, and custom actions.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
• Technical knowledge of Windows 10, registries, and browsers.
• Experience with virtualization tools including VMware ESX, VMware Workstation, and Hyper-V.
• Programming experience with C#.
• Proven ability to manage Windows migrations in a globally diverse organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with O/S migrations and Project Management.
• Knowledge of the airline industry, specifically Technical Operations or Airport Operations.
• Administration of SharePoint and MS Teams Channels.
