Description
Lead the SCCM technical team and manage direct customer engagement. You will own the SCCM architecture, configuration files, and troubleshooting efforts while serving as the primary technical contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the daily activities of the SCCM technical team.
- Manage direct technical communication and relationships with customers.
- Maintain, support, and optimize the SCCM architecture.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot SCCM configuration files.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SCCM environments.
- Proven experience leading an SCCM technical team.
- Deep understanding of SCCM architecture and best practices.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting SCCM configuration files.
- Demonstrated direct customer-facing technical experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
