You will engineer, maintain, and optimize the global Windows 11 desktop environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own OS image engineering, lifecycle management, and feature update strategies.
• Design and manage Microsoft Intune for configuration, policy enforcement, and application packaging.
• Drive MECM administration, including task sequence creation, patch management, and infrastructure tuning.
• Develop advanced PowerShell automation for configuration enforcement and operational workflows.
• Provide 3rd line engineering support for escalated desktop issues and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise endpoint management.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Windows 11 OS, performance tuning, and event log analysis.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Azure AD device management.
• Strong engineering experience with MECM, including OSD and task sequences.
• Advanced PowerShell development capability for production-ready automation.
• Experience with enterprise patching, software distribution, and policy management.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Conditional Access frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Nexthink for endpoint monitoring.
• Experience with Conditional Access frameworks.
