Description

Manage and optimize enterprise infrastructure components, endpoint management systems, and Windows desktop environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain infrastructure components and software packages for Windows desktops.
• Automate operational tasks and enhance user experiences through scripting and tool enhancement.
• Debug and resolve complex infrastructure issues using diagnostic tools.
• Conduct peer walkthroughs to ensure the quality of technical designs and implementations.
• Provide system support, including 24x7 on-call rotation and log monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Windows desktops in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with SCCM for enterprise-class software distribution.
• Experience with Windows scripting: PowerShell, .NET, C#, and VB Script.
• Experience deploying and managing software packages in Windows environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting using ProcMon, Fiddler, and Wireshark.
• Experience managing browser technologies (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome), group policy, and extensions.
• Experience supporting VPNs in an enterprise setting.
• Strong technical communication skills for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering Windows on virtual desktops (VDI) using Citrix or VMware.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Nexthink or Stratusphere.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
