Description

You will manage and optimize Windows OS deployment processes using MECM and MDT.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SCCM task sequences for OS deployment and in-place upgrades for Windows 10 and 11.
• Create and manage driver packages for multi-vendor hardware including HP and Dell desktops and laptops.
• Execute online and offline Windows image deployment using Sysprep, WIM, and USMT.
• Configure and troubleshoot WinPE, PXE booting, and OS boot images.
• Maintain Windows OS desktop security hardening and detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise OS deployment.
• Deep knowledge of SCCM/MECM and MDT integration.
• Expertise in Windows OSD principles including Sysprep, WIM, and unattended automation.
• Hands-on experience with USMT and Panther.
• Proficiency in WinPE and PXE environment management.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, driver, and imaging-related issues.
• Experience with Windows 10 and 11 image optimization and in-place upgrades.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts for deployment automation.
