Description
You will manage and sustain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure and Windows environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet security, supportability, and performance requirements.
- Provide level-3 support to investigate and identify root causes for escalated issues.
- Maintain high availability and performance standards to ensure a stable user experience.
- Author and maintain technical documentation, including design docs, operational runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Disseminate technical knowledge and methodologies to peers and partnering support teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
- Deep technical understanding of Microsoft SCCM, including OSD, Site Administration, Patching, and Software Deployment.
- Expertise in Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2019.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills using event logs, Sysinternals tools, and memory dump analysis.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
- Experience with Windows Modern Management, including Intune, Autopilot, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Knowledge of desktop, laptop, and server hardware management in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to design technical solutions for complex business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
