Description

You will manage and sustain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure and Windows environments, ensuring high availability and performance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions that meet security, supportability, and performance requirements.
• Provide level-3 support to investigate and identify root causes for escalated issues.
• Author and maintain technical documentation, including design docs, operational runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Disseminate technical knowledge and methodologies to peers and partnering support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Deep technical understanding of Microsoft SCCM, including OSD, Site Administration, Patching, and Software Deployment.
• Expertise in Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2019.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills using event logs, Sysinternals tools, and memory dump analysis.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
• Experience with Windows Modern Management, including Intune, Autopilot, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of desktop, laptop, and server hardware management in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
