Description

You will lead the design, build, and operation of a modern desktop management environment in a large, complex desktop setting.

Responsibilities

• Provision, migrate, and manage end-user computing and related services using MS SCCM.
• Provide technical engineering support for enterprise end-user computing platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
• Manage device configuration, technical refresh, endpoint protection, and patching/hardening of Windows systems.
• Operate within the Agile Product Development methodology to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing end-user computing and related services using MS SCCM.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud desktop management, specifically Intune and AutoPilot.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and general Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Experience deploying and packaging applications (50% of role focus).
• Experience with endpoint protection and system hardening (40% of role focus).
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and mobile operating systems.
