Description

You will design, build, and operate a modern desktop management environment for end-user computing services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provision, migrate, and manage end-user computing platforms using MS SCCM.
• Deploy and package applications, focusing on 50% of the role.
• Manage device configuration, technical refresh, endpoint protection, and system hardening (40% of the role).
• Provide technical engineering support for enterprise desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Operate within Agile Product Development methodology to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing end-user computing services with MS SCCM.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud desktop management, specifically Intune and AutoPilot.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with endpoint protection and system hardening.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and mobile operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Workspace.

Preferred Skills

• 3-year tenure in similar desktop management roles.
