Description

Manage and maintain Microsoft SCCM and Intune environments to ensure device security, compliance, and effective deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Intune enrollment, policy deployment, application management, and device compliance.
• Execute migrations to Intune, including migrating JAMF for macOS device and application management.
• Manage endpoint security profiles, conditional access, and co-management workloads.
• Automate Intune management processes using Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell, and Graph API.
• Design and implement solutions for cloud endpoints using Zero Trust principles and Windows Hello for Business.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and systems engineering.
• Subject matter expertise in Microsoft Intune, ConfigMgr (SCCM), and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS management.
• Proficiency with Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and Co-management.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with KQL queries for Log Analytics and PowerBI dashboard integration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Level 300-400) in SCCM and OS deployment (OSD).
• Familiarity with networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
• Familiarity with third-party tools like Airwatch, Mobile Iron, or Munki.
• Knowledge of Linux onboarding to Intune and Intune Cloud PKI.
