Description

You will own SCCM client health and software deployment operations for remote support.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain configuration baselines to enforce system standards.
• Troubleshoot and remediate SCCM client health issues, specifically WMI-related errors.
• Resolve application installation failures and manage software packaging requirements.
• Manage software deployment tasks and ensure client compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proven SCCM administration knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with software packaging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
