Description

You will manage endpoint administration and patching workflows within SCCM and Intune environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own Intune patching, packaging, and administration tasks.
• Lead Intune migration projects and manage technical teams.
• Handle priority tickets and interface directly with customers.
• Execute tasks following established ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management.
• Subject matter expertise in SCCM packaging and administration.
• Deep knowledge of Intune patching and administration.
• Proven experience leading Intune migrations.
• Experience managing teams and handling customer-facing requirements.
• Proficiency with ITIL processes.
• Competency in Microsoft Outlook and Quality Control.

• Degree in any field of study.
