Description

You will manage service delivery, support teams, and patching administration within the SCCM and Intune environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of services to meet established service levels and KPIs.
• Lead the support team and oversee the APAC Delivery Centre, including staff management, shift patterns, and procedures.
• Drive service improvement initiatives and continuous service improvement processes.
• Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders and manage operational risks through governance committees.
• Ensure team compliance with InfoSec policies, audit requirements, and incident/problem management protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Proven experience in Service Desk Management and Service Desk operations.
• Demonstrated ability in Service Improvement and managing service delivery reports.
• Experience managing staff, communications, and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to manage operational risks and issues within a governance framework.
• Background in managing incident and problem management workflows.
• Experience coordinating with supplier personnel regarding access and process compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the ITIS industry.
• Strong people management skills.
