Description

You will administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and manage enterprise endpoint infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer SCCM site servers, management points, distribution points, and software update points.
• Perform SCCM Current Branch upgrades, hotfixes, and cumulative update deployments to maintain system stability.
• Configure and maintain Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR) for patch management and client boundary groups.
• Monitor site health, inbox backlogs, and component status; troubleshoot replication and database issues.
• Generate and maintain custom reports using SQL SSRS and Power BI dashboards for compliance and operational tracking.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SCCM administration and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Strong expertise in SCCM site systems, deployment management, and patching operations.
• Proven experience with SCCM monitoring, troubleshooting, and health management.
• Knowledge of SQL SSRS and Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience configuring Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) roles and functionality.
• Ability to manage client settings policies and agent configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to File Server administration.
