Manage endpoint security, patching, and configuration for desktop and laptop environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely patching of operating systems and applications, including M365, MS Office, browsers, and Adobe.
• Configure and manage antivirus client software and update AV policies to align with security standards.
• Utilize SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory for group policy management and security enforcement.
• Collaborate with support teams and third-party vendors to resolve malware outbreaks and security incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and patching.
• Proficiency with SCCM and Intune.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security and antivirus software configuration.
• Hands-on experience patching M365, MS Office, and Adobe applications.
• Proven ability to resolve malware or virus outbreaks.
