Description

Manage SCCM/MECM and Intune environments as an individual contributor.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the MECM environment to support co-management with Intune.
• Automate desktop deployments and standardize images using Autopilot, Zero Touch, or Lite Touch.
• Package, build, test, and deploy Windows 10 applications and Office/LOB packages using the Flexera suite.
• Design and manage MDM and MAM configurations for corporate and BYOD services.
• Manage workstation, server, and VDI patching, including Group Policy Object implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in L3 level device management.
• Expertise in SCCM, MECM, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Hands-on experience with OSD, MDT, and Zero Touch deployments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, SSO, REST API, AAD Sync, DNS, and DHCP.
• Working experience with Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with workstation and server patching.
• Ability to generate and customize reports using Power BI and endpoint analytics.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Active Directory integration, CMG, and Azure Resource Manager deployment.
• Knowledge of IAM and Privilege Management tools such as BeyondTrust, Quest, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Experience implementing Windows Hello.
