Description

Manage program schedules and project timelines for aerospace and defense projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with Program Management to ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Support Project Management Office (PMO) functions and reporting requirements.
• Track schedule performance and identify potential delays in program execution.
• Manage schedules for long-duration contracts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or scheduling roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience working within Aerospace or Defense industries.
• Strong understanding of Program Management principles.
• Background working within a Project Management Office (PMO).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
