Execute in vitro studies and biochemical assays to support research objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine in vitro studies and non-routine cell-based or biochemical assays independently.
• Interpret experimental outcomes, propose follow-up studies, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain accurate electronic lab notebooks and document data with high integrity.
• Write protocols, standard operating procedures, and technical reports.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Required Skills

• Experience with aseptic animal tissue culture techniques.
• Proficiency in RT-PCR, Western Blot, ELISA, and transfection.
• Hands-on experience with nucleic acid extraction and basic molecular biology.
• Ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism for data analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate new technologies.
