You will manage supply chain planning solutions and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into clear solution specifications and design technology structures.
  • Communicate system requirements to software development teams and oversee assigned programs.
  • Perform root cause analysis on incidents and manage defect resolution.
  • Create and execute test suites to ensure system quality.
  • Monitor systems to ensure they meet user needs and business goals.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of Supply Chain Management domain experience.
  • Expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Snowflake databases.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with JIRA, defect management, and root cause analysis.
  • Proven track record in Supply, Operations, or Distribution Planning projects.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
  • Experience in customer communications and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • 1+ years of experience with the o9 platform.
  • Knowledge of o9 configurations including IBPL, Dimensions, Attributes, Measures, and Active Rules.
  • Prior consulting experience and relevant certifications.
