Description

Provide functional and technical implementation expertise for MS Dynamics 365 integrated applications across Finance and Supply Chain Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues and prepare Gap-Fit documentation for technical teams.
• Design effective solutions and workarounds for complex business scenarios.
• Maintain SLA track history on all support tickets.
• Coordinate and support IT business processes within Finance and SCM domains.
• Implement industry-specific best practices and drive process development.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes.
• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 integrated applications.
• Deep knowledge of Finance modules: GL, AR, AP, Costing, Consolidation, Elimination, and Management Reports.
• Deep knowledge of SCM modules: Product Information Management, Inventory Management, and Trade and Logistics.
• Strong technical domain knowledge in MS Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to document functional requirements and system gaps.
