Description

You will manage source code repositories and the software change lifecycle using Changeman and other SCM tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain source code repositories, including branching, merging, and version control.
• Utilize Changeman to track change requests, automate workflows, and enforce development standards.
• Perform impact analysis to assess risks associated with software changes.
• Plan and execute software releases by coordinating with development, testing, and operations teams.
• Deploy releases to production environments and maintain necessary release documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SCM and change management roles.
• Proficiency with Changeman, Endevor, or Git.
• Strong understanding of mainframe technologies including z/OS, JCL, COBOL, and DB2.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot SCM-related issues.
• Experience performing impact analysis and release planning.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools such as JCL and REXX.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Certification in mainframe technologies or SCM/Changeman.
