Description

You will manage the mainframe software development lifecycle, overseeing source control, change management, and release execution using ChangeMan and related tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain source code repositories using ChangeMan, Endevor, or Git.
• Execute code branching, merging, and version control activities.
• Utilize ChangeMan to track change requests and automate workflows.
• Plan and execute software releases by coordinating with development, testing, and operations teams.
• Deploy software releases to production environments and maintain release documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SCM or Change Management roles.
• Proficiency with ChangeMan, Endevor, and Git.
• Hands-on experience with mainframe technologies including z/OS, JCL, COBOL, and DB2.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to perform impact analysis and troubleshoot SCM-related issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools such as JCL and REXX.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Certification in mainframe technologies or SCM/ChangeMan.
