Description

You will lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring delivery of complex HR and payroll solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
• Drive presales activities, including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and SOW detailing.
• Manage client relationships and lead teams to deliver solutions against SLAs.
• Provide strategic advice on Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance Management.
• Handle monthly and quarterly cloud updates and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting.
• 4+ years of consulting experience involving RFPs and client presentations.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations delivered onsite.
• Mandatory experience in Oracle HCM Payroll implementation.
• Strong product skills in Global HR, Benefits, Goals, and Performance Management.
• Proficiency in writing Fast Formulas for payroll customization.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll).
• Ability to propose robust solutions when standard functionality is insufficient.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Payroll Cloud 2024 Implementation Professional certification.
• Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2024 Implementation Professional certification.
