Description

You will manage inventory and leased asset accounting, serving as the primary contact for stakeholder queries and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports regarding inventory levels and status.
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and provide net book value information for asset buyout requests.
• Support year-end audits, statutory account audits, and tax filings with necessary documentation.
• Lead special projects focused on continuous improvement, process efficiency, and automation through Robotic Process Automation.
• Review key processes regularly to strengthen internal controls and remove operational waste.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and management roles.
• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Direct experience accounting for inventory and fixed or leased assets.
• Proficiency in SAP (ECC6).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial accounting standards.
• Experience with continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blackline Reconciliations & Tasks.
