Description

You will manage end-to-end supply chain management projects and technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through stakeholder meetings and document formal minutes.
• Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Execute functional testing for customizations and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• Perform bug fixes and implement system enhancements based on customer requests.
• Manage communication between the offshore team and leadership, reporting weekly status to Project and Delivery Managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SCM or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience managing project lifecycles and delivery workflows.
• Ability to write functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination.
• Direct experience conducting functional testing and supporting UAT.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Background in bug fixing and system enhancement processes.
