You will lead Agile execution and enforce Scrum methodologies to transform business objectives into technical strategies.
Responsibilities
Enforce Agile process workflows and hold team members accountable for commitments and responsibilities.
Lead key ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, release planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project lifecycles by monitoring tasks, hours spent, risks, blockers, and customer satisfaction.
Develop PMO tools and processes while managing capacity utilization and feature/issue management.
Partner with product owners, architects, and developers to mitigate risks and ensure data quality.
Required Skills
2 years of experience in architecting and developing products.
2 years of experience implementing Agile project methodologies and managing source code repositories.
Experience with Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe).
Proficiency with Jira, Rally, and Confluence.
Experience using Clarity, SharePoint, and Wiki tools.
Working knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Ability to track and report on backlog metrics, burndown, and velocity.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
Willingness to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
