Description

You will lead Agile execution and enforce Scrum methodologies to transform business objectives into technical strategies.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Agile process workflows and hold team members accountable for commitments and responsibilities.
• Lead key ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, release planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project lifecycles by monitoring tasks, hours spent, risks, blockers, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop PMO tools and processes while managing capacity utilization and feature/issue management.
• Partner with product owners, architects, and developers to mitigate risks and ensure data quality.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in architecting and developing products.
• 2 years of experience implementing Agile project methodologies and managing source code repositories.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe).
• Proficiency with Jira, Rally, and Confluence.
• Experience using Clarity, SharePoint, and Wiki tools.
• Working knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Ability to track and report on backlog metrics, burndown, and velocity.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
