Description

Lead Agile delivery and coach teams to improve efficiency, maturity, and transparency across the organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Scrum Framework to coach and mentor teams toward continuous improvement.
• Guide Product Owners and teams on backlog management, user story splitting, and relative sizing.
• Drive iterative philosophy and incremental delivery of high-priority backlog items.
• Manage multiple priorities and facilitate conflict resolution within diverse teams under tight deadlines.
• Promote servant leadership and increased transparency across the organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master in IT environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile best practices, including forecasting, throughput, and relative sizing.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for influencing team behaviors.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional training.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
