You will lead project governance and delivery for D365-related engagements using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track user story delivery for the Dev POD against the project plan.
- Manage iteration planning, project schedule, and scope through formal change control procedures.
- Facilitate information exchange between external stakeholders and the build team.
- Host regular meetings to align technical milestones, dependencies, and client vision with the Dev team.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, status reporting, and SteerCo meetings.
Required Skills
- 10-12 years of experience in project management and D365-related delivery.
- Proven track record managing 1-2 large-scale D365 projects using Agile delivery models.
- Functional understanding of MS Dynamics CRM/D365 products.
- Experience with Scrum or PMP methodologies.
- Proficiency with MPP or equivalent project planning tools.
- Experience managing large teams in a distributed delivery model.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience managing project time, resource, and expense estimates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing D365 engagements or data migration projects.
- Technical knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 or Azure Cloud.
- Experience handling APAC clients.
