Description

You will lead project governance and delivery for D365-related engagements using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track user story delivery for the Dev POD against the project plan.
  • Manage iteration planning, project schedule, and scope through formal change control procedures.
  • Facilitate information exchange between external stakeholders and the build team.
  • Host regular meetings to align technical milestones, dependencies, and client vision with the Dev team.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, status reporting, and SteerCo meetings.

Required Skills

  • 10-12 years of experience in project management and D365-related delivery.
  • Proven track record managing 1-2 large-scale D365 projects using Agile delivery models.
  • Functional understanding of MS Dynamics CRM/D365 products.
  • Experience with Scrum or PMP methodologies.
  • Proficiency with MPP or equivalent project planning tools.
  • Experience managing large teams in a distributed delivery model.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing project time, resource, and expense estimates.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing D365 engagements or data migration projects.
  • Technical knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 or Azure Cloud.
  • Experience handling APAC clients.

Education

Any Graduate
