Description

Manage multiple agile teams within a complex, large-scale enterprise environment. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams to reach their highest potential through leadership and guidance.
• Manage the balance between PMO, business, technology teams, and management.
• Communicate agile methodologies across all levels of the organization.
• Propose creative and efficient solutions to complex organizational problems.
• Collaborate with diverse personality types to build and maintain effective teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an agile environment.
• Proven knowledge of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Experience in agile roles such as quality assurance, development, product owner, or agile coach.
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience working within a PMO structure.
