Description

You will coach cross-functional teams in Security, Infrastructure, and Networking to improve delivery and agility.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and distractions to ensure the team meets commitments and delivery timelines.
• Coach teams toward higher maturity and self-organization while supporting the Product Owner.
• Manage scope, quality, and deliverables to align with business goals and the agile SDLC.
• Coordinate program activities by participating in Scrum of Scrums and partnering with other Scrum Masters.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an agile environment.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a complex, large-scale enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
• Background in engineering, development, quality assurance, or product ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple agile teams and balance requirements between PMO and technology teams.
• Experience working within a shared services environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate conflict resolution and productive discussions.
