You will facilitate Agile processes and manage team workflows within a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Agile methodologies across development teams.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban frameworks to improve delivery.
• Manage workflows and tracking using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure effective communication and process adherence.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the UAE.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Kanban frameworks.
• Proven experience implementing Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in multicultural and diverse environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an IT relevant field or any graduate degree.
