Description

Act as a servant leader for Scrum teams, ensuring on-schedule delivery by removing impediments and aligning development with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Remove development roadblocks and impediments to maintain team velocity and schedule.
• Align development work with business strategy and objectives to ensure prioritization by business value.
• Provide professional leadership and expert content on complex assignments and large-scale projects.
• Advise functional leaders using deep professional knowledge and foresight.
• Execute work in sprint cycles using agile ceremonies within agile or waterfall lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAFe Agile experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud environments and platforms.
• Scrum Master certification(s).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks.
• Ability to articulate business needs to technical teams and technical solutions to the business.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
