Description

You will guide AI-focused teams through the development lifecycle using Agile principles.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives) for Agentic AI teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Agentic AI, Gen AI, and ML projects.
  • Translate complex AI business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Remove impediments and guide teams on Agile best practices during AI/ML delivery.
  • Track sprint progress and report key metrics, including AI model performance, to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile project environments.
  • Experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, Gen AI, and machine learning initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Experience translating complex business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, specifically Agentic AI and Generative AI.
  • Experience collaborating with data scientists, AI engineers, and cross-functional development teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC1, SOC2, and data privacy regulations.
