Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and Accountability Training for IT Team Leads on stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Analyze and remove impediments, training IT Team Leads to manage incidents and blockers.
• Manage product backlogs daily, collaborating with Technical Leads and IT Management on prioritization.
• Reinforce adherence to Scrum best practices for developers and Kanban for operations, including WIP limits.
• Foster collaboration between Sprint and Kanban teams to ensure successful incremental deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Agile Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies and underlying principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, including documenting training for a working agreement.
• Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve team impediments and conflicts.
• Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs aligned with IT Leadership priorities.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting training materials and working agreements.
