Scrum Master & Agile Coach

You will coach teams to adopt and maintain Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration among team members, technical leads, architects, project managers, security team, and stakeholders.
• Analyze, identify, and resolve team impediments and conflicts.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs aligned with IT Leadership priorities.
• Coach teams on Scrum and Kanban principles to ensure effective iterative deployments.
• Document training items to track working agreements and enforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Agile Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Servant leadership approach focused on team self-organization.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Agile Modules.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and team facilitation.
• Demonstrated ability in requirements analysis.
• Minimum Scrum Master certification required.
