Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive team progress through rigorous application of Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and apply retrospective formats to drive team progress.
• Practice servant leadership to empower the team, resolve conflicts, and increase process transparency.
• Implement Agile techniques including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, and BDD to support software delivery.
• Drive continual improvement through situational awareness and the application of Agile patterns.
• Use Agile Games to facilitate team engagement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) designation.
• Hands-on experience with ATDD, TDD, and BDD.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
• Strong understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web and Mobile App development lifecycles.
• Background in requirements gathering, project management, or software delivery.
