Description

You will guide teams through Agile adoption and execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint progress and deliver status reports to leadership.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Development Leads to align objectives.
• Track and communicate key Agile metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
• Remove impediments to ensure team success while coaching Agile maturity.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Strong practical experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira for sprint planning and backlog management.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and visibility.
• Strong expertise in MS Office Suite for reporting and communication.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
