Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity across product teams.

Responsibilities

• Observe Scrum ceremonies and generate specific recommendations for improving delivery practices.
• Facilitate retrospectives for struggling teams using experimentation and self-evaluation techniques.
• Identify opportunities for ownership and recommend metrics to track continuous improvement progress.
• Coach agility leads in self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Mentor teams in effective communication, decision making, and participant engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with scaling and planning frameworks.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Design Thinking.
• Familiarity with LeSS, Test Driven Development, and DevOps.
• Proficiency in coaching and mentoring teams in various settings.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and engagement.
• Any Graduate degree.
