Description

Guide and coach a Scrum Team on Agile practices to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach the team in self-organization, cross-functional skillsets, and domain knowledge.
• Remove team impediments by coordinating with other Scrum Masters to increase organizational effectiveness.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and support project teams.
• Support Agile teams assigned to Business as Usual (BAU) work and department initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Experience with XP and Pair Programming.
• Proficiency with Windows XP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in diverse environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with onsite and offshore teams in a global delivery environment.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
