Drive team performance and adherence to agile principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams on agile principles and procedures.
• Facilitate key ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on estimating, managing dependencies, and removing blockers.
• Act as the liaison between the product owner and the team to ensure goal achievement.
• Maintain and report on delivery metrics like burndown, velocity, and backlog status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within an agile development environment.
• 4 years of experience leading core agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospective).
• 2 years of experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies.
• Active Scrum Master Certification (PSM or equivalent).
• 5 years’ experience with software development best practices and standards.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years planning work aligned with product owner priorities.
• 2 years experience working on registries modernization projects.
